Is it a must-see for someone browsing Charlotte, or maybe more of the "provided that you like concept parks" location? I wouldn't say Carowinds is usually a "must-see" for somebody browsing Charlotte (it isn't really a particularly exceptional theme park), but for anyone who is touring with Children or trying to great off in a drinking water park,
